    • When will my Wimbledon tickets arrive?

      When will my Wimbledon tickets arrive?

      Tickets can arrive up to 72 hours before the day you are due to attend The Championships.

      If your tickets have not arrived 72 hours before the day you are due to attend, please get in touch with us on 0208 487 7000 to let us know so we can request duplicate tickets for you to collect on the day.

      Duplicate tickets will not be posted out as they are not valid to gain entry at the gate.

      Duplicate tickets must be collected from the ticket office inside the grounds by Gate 4. You will need to go to Gate 4 and from there you will be escorted to The Championships ticket office by a member of the security team.

      Photo ID will be required to collect duplicate tickets. Another person will not be permitted to pick up the tickets on the ticket holder’s behalf.

      Once duplicate tickets have been requested, the original tickets are void and cannot be used to enter the grounds.

      If the original tickets arrive, you must inform the LTA by calling 0208 487 7000 or emailing info@lta.org.uk before the day you are due to attend, so that the duplicate ticket request can be cancelled.

      Will more returned tickets be released in the Team Member Wimbledon Ticket resale and how do I buy them?

      The Team Member Wimbledon Ticket resale remains open until 9am on Sunday 15 July.

      Please note that further returned tickets will be released from 10am on Monday 25 June.

      The Team Membership sign up cut-off points to unlock access to the resale are as follows: 

      • 23.59 on Thursday 21 June to unlock access from 10am Monday 25 June
      • 23.59 on Thursday 28 June to unlock access from 10am Monday 02 July

      The link to purchase tickets through our ticketing partner, Ticketmaster, can also be found in the Benefits sections in your Members’ Area, along with your British Tennis Membership (BTM) number.

      When accessing the ticket resale on Ticketmaster, once you have selected your chosen court and day, click on ‘UNLOCK’ and enter your 9 digit British Tennis Membership number to continue.

      Team Members are limited to a maximum of two tickets per member, for any single day of The Championships.

      Tickets are non-transferable and the Team Member must attend with, if applicable, their guest.
      If the ticket limit is exceeded, your order will be refunded.

      Please be aware that you have a limited time in which to confirm your purchase on the Ticketmaster site. We therefore recommend creating an Ticketmaster account in advance.

      Who is eligible to access the Team Member Wimbledon Ticket resale?

      Active adult British Tennis Team Members are able to access the ticket resale.

      The ticket resale opened on Monday 18 June. You will need to have signed up to British Tennis Team Membership by 23.59 on Thursday 14 June to access tickets on Monday 18 June.

      The ticket resale remains open until 9am on Sunday 15 July.

      Please note, further returned tickets will be released from 10am on Monday 25 June.

      The subsequent sign up cut-off point to unlock access to the resale is 23.59 on Thursday 28 June to unlock access from Monday 02 July.

      The Team Member Wimbledon Ticket resale is exclusive to Adult British Tennis Team Members.

      You will need to have signed up to British Tennis Team Membership by 23.59 on Thursday 14 June to access tickets on Monday 18 June.

      Following 23.59 on Thursday 14 June, the Team Membership sign up cut-off points to unlock access to the resale are as follows: 

      • 23.59 on Thursday 21 June to unlock access from Monday 25 June

    • What shall I do if matches are not appearing on the website/showing incorrectly?

      What shall I do if matches are not appearing on the website/showing incorrectly?

      Organisers are expected to submit results within 72 hours of the competition finishing. Results will show on the Competitions Search once the results are loaded and match results will appear in your members’ area. Grade 1 – 5 competitions will appear on your player profile on the Friday after the event has finished. 

      In the first instance contact the tournament organiser and check with them that they have submitted the results. If the results are showing incorrectly notify them and ask them to amend them. If you are having difficulties contacting the tournament organiser or if they say they have submitted the results but they are still not showing then contact your regional team or British Tennis Services Team who will look at getting the issue resolved for you.
