I am my club’s Ballot Administrator; where do I find the necessary information for my venue?

Log in to the LTA website using your personal login details, hover over your username in the upper right corner and click on the role of Ballot Administrator. Review the information provided in the 3 sections of the Ballot Administrator area and contact the Services Team at if you have any additional questions.

You can also download the step by step guide to the online ballot system for further guidance if required.

If the role is not available in the drop down list ask the Place to Play Administrator/Club Main Contact at your venue to assign the role to you.
