Miss-Hits

What is Miss-Hits?

Founded by Judy Murray and launched in partnership with the LTA, Miss-Hits provides an introduction to tennis for young girls aged 5-8. Designed to get more girls playing (and a feeder for Mini Tennis), it offers a 12 week (2 x 6 week blocks) all-girl, indoor programme comprising of dancing, games and much more.

What requirements do coaches or venues need to meet to deliver Miss-Hits?

You must be a Level 2 + accredited coach who has attended the Miss-Hits workshop. In addition, you will need to follow the coach manuals outlines of lesson structure for each week and use Miss-Hits music and equipment.

How does a Coach apply to run a Miss Hits course?

Coaches will need to register their interest via our website here and a member of the Participation team will be in touch once upcoming courses are confirmed. This course is worth a total of six CPD credits. The course is very active, so you are advised to dress wisely for the occasion! 

What Miss-Hits resources are available for coaches?

Once you’ve attended Miss-Hits training and sent the delivery plans, you will be provided with a unique discount code that will allow you to purchase the Miss-Hits equipment bag for £75 (usually £249.99).

How can coaches promote their Miss-Hits courses?
