What shall I do if matches are not appearing on the website/showing incorrectly?

Organisers are expected to submit results within 72 hours of the competition finishing. Results will show on the Competitions Search once the results are loaded and match results will appear in your members’ area. Grade 1 – 5 competitions will appear on your player profile on the Friday after the event has finished. 

In the first instance contact the tournament organiser and check with them that they have submitted the results. If the results are showing incorrectly notify them and ask them to amend them. If you are having difficulties contacting the tournament organiser or if they say they have submitted the results but they are still not showing then contact your regional team or LTA Services Team who will look at getting the issue resolved for you.
