My ranking hasn’t changed and it should have; why is this?

You may be expecting results that are too new to count. Only results from events with end dates on or after 5 days prior to the rankings run will be picked up.

For example, the rankings run takes place on the 27th September, all competitions with end dates on or before 22nd September should be included as long as they were loaded in time for the rankings run (if they are loaded on the day of the rankings run they may not be included).
