My club has Tennismark/Tennismark+; why haven't we received a pack?

If a venue has achieved one of the Tennismark or Tennismark+ accreditation, but hasn’t received a pack (after a couple of weeks), there is a chance we have the wrong address stored in our database. By completing LTA Registration, venues should supply their up to date delivery address, but this can be amended by contacting the British Tennis Services team at any time throughout the year, so that the pack can be re-sent.
