When will my Wimbledon tickets arrive?

Tickets can arrive up to 72 hours before the day you are due to attend The Championships.

If your tickets have not arrived 72 hours before the day you are due to attend, please get in touch with us on 0208 487 7000 to let us know so we can request duplicate tickets for you to collect on the day.

Duplicate tickets will not be posted out as they are not valid to gain entry at the gate.

Duplicate tickets must be collected from the ticket office inside the grounds by Gate 4. You will need to go to Gate 4 and from there you will be escorted to The Championships ticket office by a member of the security team.

Photo ID will be required to collect duplicate tickets. Another person will not be permitted to pick up the tickets on the ticket holder’s behalf.

Once duplicate tickets have been requested, the original tickets are void and cannot be used to enter the grounds.

If the original tickets arrive, you must inform the LTA by calling 0208 487 7000 or emailing before the day you are due to attend, so that the duplicate ticket request can be cancelled.
