I have purchased tickets to the Nature Valley Classic, when will I receive them?

If you selected to receive your tickets for the Nature Valley Classic in Birmingham by post or by email, these will be sent out at least 5 days before the event, sooner if possible. If you have not received your ticket or e-tickets within 5 days of the event, please check your junk folder first (for e-tickets) and if you are unable to locate them, please contact The Ticket Factory on 0333 300 3010.

You can track your tickets online via the Ticket Factory tracking system. You will be required to have your order number and postcode at hand in order to carry out this process.
