Help & FAQs

Do you offer Personal Assistant tickets at the Fever-Tree Championships?

If you need a personal assistant ticket to attend the tournament then we do offer a PA goes free scheme for tickets purchased via See Tickets. Please purchase all your tickets and then send a scanned copy of proof of eligibility to queensaccessibility@seetickets.com along with your booking reference number. We will then refund the face value cost of one of the tickets once evidence has been received. We cannot add an additional PA ticket to your order.

The following forms of evidence are automatically eligible for PA Goes Free tickets:

Front page of DLA/PIP (no specific rate)

  • Front page of Attendance Allowance Letter (no specific rate)
  • Evidence that registered severely sight impaired (blind)
  • Recognised Assistance Dog ID card (Please Note: Individuals wishing to access Centre court or Court 1 with their registered guide dog should buy a wheelchair space ticket).
  • CredAbility Access Card

If you are unable to provide the above evidence, then we will review your access requirements on a case-by-case basis. Proof should be sent within five days of booking and no later than four weeks before the event takes place. We are unable to offer refunds of the PA ticket once the event takes place.
