What is the returns policy for tickets purchased in the Team Member Wimbledon resale?

Tickets are strictly non-transferable and must not be swapped, sold or advertised for sale.

In the event that a member has purchased tickets and does not wish to or is unable to use them they must notify the LTA for a refund at least 24 hours before they are due to attend. The LTA will normally refund the price of such tickets (minus the Ticketmaster fees).

If the tickets have been despatched, they will need to be returned, as a pair, before the LTA will refund the face value of the tickets.

If you are unable to attend, you will need to follow the LTA Refund Policy outlined here. You must do so before returning your tickets.
