What was the returns policy for tickets purchased in the Team Member Wimbledon resale?
Tickets were strictly non-transferable and must not have been swapped, sold or advertised for sale.
In the event that a member had purchased tickets and did not wish to, or was unable to use them, they must have notified the LTA for a refund at least 24 hours before they were due to attend. The LTA would normally refund the price of such tickets.
If the tickets had been despatched, they would needed to have been returned, as a pair, before the LTA refunded the face value of the tickets.

You must have contacted the LTA before returning your tickets.
