Tennismark provided venues with guidance on how to improve their operations and management, how will this guidance be improved in future?
Tennismark does provide some valuable guidance to help clubs to improve all aspects of their operations, although it is a ‘one-size-fits-all’ approach that often doesn’t flex to the needs of the different types and sizes of tennis venues in this country. We are currently in the process of developing and testing a new online system that provides a more flexible and extensive club support and development tool that can provide enhanced guidance and advice in helping clubs. This system is currently being tested with a number of tennis clubs to improve it and ensure it is fit-for-purpose. It is anticipated that this system will be launched in 2019.
