Who will I contact about my DBS when the new changes come into effect?
The GB Group will provide a managed service, meaning that:
- Applicants will be able to call the GB Group directly to resolve any issues or questions about their application
- Applications will be countersigned by the GB Group
- GB Group will be able to advise on eligibility for roles where it is unclear if a DBS check is needed
