Can I receive a refund on my Wimbledon Ballot tickets if I'm no longer able to attend?
The LTA is able to provide a refund on tickets purchased via the LTA Wimbledon Ballot*. This refund is for the full face value of the tickets, minus the £2.50 transaction fee.
Due to the non-transferable nature of Wimbledon tickets, if you are the designated ticket holder and can no longer attend the Championships on the day in which your tickets are valid, you must notify the LTA in order for us to action a refund.
In order to submit your request for a ticket refund, please complete the Wimbledon Ticket Refund Request Form found on the LTA website here**. Please ensure that you read the Terms and Conditions and next steps surrounding the LTA Wimbledon Ticket refund policy, this information can be found on the Wimbledon Ticket Refund Request page.
Requests must be submitted by 23.59 prior to the day of play/ the day you are due to attend.
*If you purchased your tickets through the AELTC Public Ballot and have a 7 digit reference number ending in 'z', please do not use this form and instead contact the AELTC directly.
**Please note - Upon completing the refund request form you accept that all refund requests are final and that tickets submitted for a refund will be subsequently cancelled.
