My tickets haven't arrived for The Championships, what do I do next?

Tickets can on occasion appear later than expected when posted and as a result of this, we do not accept requests for replacement tickets until 72 hours prior to the day in which you are due to attend.

If your tickets have not arrived within 72 hours of when you are due to attend The Championships, please contact us immediately.

We operate an out-of-hours voicemail during The Championships period whereby you can leave a message regarding this, if you need to contact us outside of our LTA Services Team Opening Hours.
