What if my coach holds a non-LTA coaching qualification?

In order to operate at an LTA registered venue, being LTA Accredited is mandatory if your coach holds a non-LTA qualification where the qualification includes 15+ days of on court tutor contact and a formal assessment (comparable to Level 3).

If your coach holds a non-LTA qualification where the qualification does not include 15+ days of on court tutor contact and a formal assessment, then the coach would not currently need to become Accredited in order to meet this mandatory requirement as their training level is not comparable to that of a Level 3. However, we would strongly advise the coach to become Accredited, particularly if their role in the venue extends beyond an assistant coach.
